RESERVATIONS

Room rates are per room per night, based on double occupancy. Each booking requires a deposit equal to 30% of the total period that you wish to book. The reservation is guaranteed, only after receiving the deposit payment (by bank transfer).

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be received in writing (by e-mail). The deposit will be refunded in full in case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival at the farmhouse. For cancellations from 29 days before arrival date the deposit will not be reimbursed. No-show, changes of booking are considered cancellations. In case of early departure / shortening of stay, you will be required to pay the entire booked period.

 

EXTRA BED

Extra beds are charged €20 per night and are required to be requested at the time of reservation. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

 

BABY COTS & CHILDREN

All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a baby-cot. Cots are to be requested at the time of reservation, due to limited availability. Maximum capacity of baby-cots in a room is 1. Extra beds for older children are charged as per extra bed policy.

ROOM CLEANING

Room cleaning and a change of towels is done after each third day of stay. An additional change of towels, if required, can be provided against a charge of €5. Bed linen is changed every 7 days of stay. An extra change of bed linen, if required, can be provided against a charge of €7.50.

PETS

We recognize that pets are considered part of our guests' family. Agriturismo San Felicissimo is designated as pet friendly, and welcomes cats and dogs if they are educated, polite and not aggressive. A daily surcharge of €15 applies to each room night with a maximum of one pet per room. Accompanying pets must be communicated at the time of reservation. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the rooms without supervision. Pets are to be on a leash in public areas and are not allowed in the pool area.
